Moraima Reardon and School Board

The Woodbridge School District extends its heartfelt appreciation to Moraima Reardon, who recently retired from the Woodbridge School District Board of Education after two years of dedicated service. Her commitment to education, leadership, and the Woodbridge community spans more than two decades.

A retired educator and community member since 1999, Reardon devoted 21 years of her professional career to the Woodbridge School District. During that time, she witnessed the district's growth and evolution while helping shape its educational programs and initiatives.

Throughout her career, Reardon held numerous leadership positions, including Arts and Humanities Department Chair, World Language Department Chair, School Improvement Chair, and Lead District Mentor. Her influence also extended beyond Woodbridge, as she contributed to the development of Delaware's World Language standards and curriculum.

Reardon has been a strong advocate for diversity, inclusion, and ensuring that all students and families feel welcomed and represented within the school community. Her understanding of the district's changing population and her dedication to meeting the needs of students from all backgrounds have been central to her work as both an educator and Board member.

Moraima Reardon exemplifies what it means to be Built Blue. Through her leadership, commitment to student success, and genuine care for the Woodbridge community, she has demonstrated the values that define our district.

The Woodbridge School District sincerely thanks Mrs. Reardon for her many years of service, her dedication to our students and families, and the lasting impact she has made on our schools and community. Once a Blue Raider, always a Blue Raider!
