We want to let you know that the Family Night for the Book Fair originally scheduled for this evening (Wednesday, March 11, 2026) will be rescheduled to tomorrow evening, Thursday, March 12, 2026, from 4:00–6:00 PM.
We apologize for the late notice and for any inconvenience this change may cause. There was an issue with Scholastic, Inc. sending replacement stock, and we want to ensure that we have enough books and items available for our students and families to enjoy and purchase during the event.

WSD, in conjunction with the Delaware Office of Highway Safety is hosting a Car Seat Check on Tuesday, 11/18/2025 from 3:00-6:00 P.M. at the Greenwood Volunteer Fire Co.
Monday, November 10, 2025 @ 6pm is the WSD Veterans Day Concert. WECEC 2nd Grade Chorus students as well as members of the Band and Chorus from PWES, WMS, and WHS will be performing in honor of Veterans who have served or are serving our Country! Come out and see our students perform. You must have a ticket for this event. Please join us tomorrow, Friday, October 31 at 1:45pm for our annual Fall Literacy Parade. Teachers will have students wear themed class-made costumes as a character(s) from a book they have read in class. All classes will parade for guests to view. Once the parade is complete parents/guardians/guests will be allowed to go to the classroom to celebrate and students can be signed out from the classroom. We will also have a professional photographer/videographer on site to help us capture the spirit of WECEC and our Literacy Parade. Don’t forget that it is also a Blue Raider Friday so make sure students are showing their school spirit and wearing their Woodbridge Blue Raider Attire. Parents in attendance are also welcome to show their Blue Raider Spirit as well!

Any students not participating in Spirit Week must be in uniform. Our Homecoming Spirit Week culminates with a Homecoming Festival, Parade, and Football game on Friday at WHS starting at 4:00pm.
