Woodbridge Early Childhood Education Center (WECEC) is proud to celebrate a group of outstanding students who earned Positive Office Referrals for the month of March, recognized during a special celebration in April. These young learners were honored for consistently demonstrating one or more of WECEC’s C.A.R.E.ing behaviors: Courtesy, Attitude, Responsibility, and Excellence.
Throughout the month, teachers identified students who went above and beyond in modeling these important character traits. Each nominated student was celebrated in their classroom before being sent to the office with their Positive Office Referral—a moment of pride and recognition for their efforts.
Students were recognized for their achievements and awarded a certificate along with a special WECEC pencil as a token of their success. The celebration didn’t stop there—photos of each grade level of honored students, along with their names, were submitted to the Seaford Star Newspaper so the broader community could join in recognizing their accomplishments.
The Positive Office Referral program is an important part of WECEC’s commitment to building a positive school culture where strong character, kindness, and responsibility are celebrated. These students have set a wonderful example for their peers and have shown what it means to truly embody the spirit of our C.A.R.E.ing Behaviors.
WECEC is incredibly proud of each and every student recognized and applauds their hard work, positive choices, and dedication to excellence. Congratulations to all of our March honorees on this well-deserved achievement!
