We are thrilled to share some exciting news from the community! Mrs. Spotz’s class has been selected as a winner in the Delaware Department of Transportation’s annual “Name That Plow” contest, with their creative name “Han Snowlo” 🎨✨
This statewide contest invites elementary school students to come up with fun and creative names for snowplows, celebrating the hardworking snow removal teams that keep Delaware’s roads safe during winter weather. Students from across the state submitted imaginative entries, and Mrs. Spotz’s class stood out among all the submissions!
Their clever plow name earned top recognition, and we couldn’t be more proud of their creativity and participation. This contest not only highlights student imagination, but also connects our learners to real-world community efforts in a meaningful way.
